What to do

Coconut oil

Purchase organic coconut oil. Apply directly to the skin as a moisturiser. Work through the hair as a hair moisturiser, you can leave it in over night. Can be used as a natural make up remover.

Oil Pulling

Take one tablespoon of coconut oil, swish gently around your mouth for 10–20 minutes (don't gargle or swallow), then spit into a bin (not the sink — it solidifies and blocks drains), and rinse with water before brushing your teeth. Best done first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Purchase organic Coconut water and drink straight as a hydrating beverage. Can be used as a post-workout recovery drink as a natural alternative to electrolyte drinks. You can also use as a base for smoothies or mix into juices. It can also be frozen as ice cubes for smoothies.
